In addition to ongoing yearly maintenance contracts with various cement production plants, gas commission, and others;        UTS has performed numerous jobs in a considerable number of huge industrial projects in the UAE.

Ras Al Khaimah, U.A.E.
Bauxite and Iron Ore conveying system
Fabrication, erection, blasting and painting of around 200 tons of steel structure, ducts, and chutes. Erection more than 50 tons of equipment, and conveyors. Modification of existing structure, around 15 tons.

PET Production Plant
Fabrication, erection, cleaning and testing of around 20 thousand inch meters of piping for Hot Oil, Compressed air, Cooling Water, Hot Water, Chilled Water, etc. Fabrication and erection of over 150 tons of steel in hand railing and platforms. Erection of around 100 tons of Stainless Steel Ducting.. Installation of around 8 thousand Sqm of thermal and cryogenic insulation on piping and ducts

PET Film Plant (Three Production Lines)
Fabrication and erection of over 220 tons of Stainless Steel Silos. Fabrication and erection of around 650 tons of hot rolled steel structure. Fabrication and erection of over 80 thousand inch meters of piping for Chilled Water, Hot Oil, Compressed Air, Chips Conveying System. Installation of around 12 thousand Sqm of thermal and cryogenic insulation on piping and ducts.

Float Glass Factory
Supply, fabrication, erection, cleaning and testing of LPG system. Supply, fabrication, erection, cleaning and testing of over 15Klms of piping for LPG, Natural gas, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Compressed air, water, etc. Fabrication and erection of over 200 tons of steel in hand railing and platforms. Erection of over 200 tons of equipment, in Pumps, Filters, Boilers, Skids, Compressors, Dryers, Vaporizers, etc. Fabrication, installation and thermal insulation of hot gas ducting.

New Kiln Project
Fabrication, erection, cleaning and testing of natural gas piping to kilns and pre-heater tower. Fabrication and erection more than 250 tons of equipment and ducting for the de-dusting system and conveyors. Installation of around 50 thousand Sqm of thermal insulation on ducting, filters, and cyclones.

Coal Mill Project
Fabrication of over 700 tons of steel in structure, ducting, and equipment. Fabrication and erection of over 100 tons of hand railing and platforms. Supply and installation of thermal insulation on hot ducting and equipment. Installation of pipe-work between coal mill and kilns.

Replacement of pre-heater exhaust duct. Removal and reinstallation of refractory lining in pre-heater tower and kiln Removal and replacement of raw mill plates. Reparation of conveyor belt rollers.
